Description: This was one heck of a journey to develop, but in the end, i'm really proud of the final results. Welcome to the aftermath of the War Of Change! I started development of this back at the end of the summer vacation, came up with the whole concept of this animated music video whilst listening to this very soundtrack during a drive home. I fleshed it out more afterwards. After that, i 'drew' a whole world around this concept that would fit with it. Now, i did want to model my own models for this occasion. I spent some time scouting the internet for fitting concept art that didn't go above my sloppy skills with 3D modelling. I eventually settled by modelling the legs of the robots after models from an old Xbox game(which i adore), as a little nod to it. For the rest i took inspiration from all kinds of games, concept art and existing models. I took inspiration for the buildings from this abandoned city called 'Pripyat'. This took like...2-3 weeks to model them all, after that, i sent the models over to Mikequeen123. Who had the horrible job to rig them, he had to wip out all kinds of crazy tricks on order to make them able to work, as well as having an IK-Rig be possible on the robots. In the meantime i called up my buddy 'TheImperfectAnimator', if he could create me a simple SFM map with a broken open road. He did that quite quick, to my surprise. A few weeks later, when everyone was rigged and dandy, i began. I began posing and scene-building the entire street, using the road as a guidance. And then lighting, which was quite the trouble. You might notice that the shading is quite...bad, but this is due to SFM's limitations in lights, i can't properly shade characters with a light that has a huge reach and width. Then began the long process of animation, which went quite well. I took extra care and paid attention to camera shots and what they showed and how models were shown on it. Many of the shots went well and were done quick, with the exceptions of the hyper-active fight scene's, which were a drag to animate. I procrastinated a LOT during those scene's, but i pulled myself through it all. As you might imagine, those scenes were a drag to animate due to the fast movement and so MANY particles that had to be directed and guided(1 scene had around 256 particles). Then came the glorious rendering, which took ages! After that all, it was editing, adding filters to increase the feeling of an apocalyptic setting and make it more movie-esque. I'm not gonna beat around the bush here, i picked Foxy as the main character because the majority of my subscribers are here for FNAF/SFM's. I didn't want this to go by unnoticed :C. I also picked it as a nod to GoldenLane Studios(GLS), their 'Freddy My Only Friend' animation inspired me for the setting/atmosphere. One other thing, i used GaboCOart's Foxy because i barely see it used anywhere. Come on people, these are some astounding models, get your eyes off E_A's and onto Gabo's! Gigantic thanks to Lucifersam01 for dragging me through this, supporting me and giving advice where need be! Speaking of FNAF/SFM's, this will be my last big FNAF/SFM, i want to get more into animating in Cinema 4D, not quitting it all together though! If you are confused about the story told in this animation(which i can imagine), here is some clarification: *Due to Foxy being constructed with an old version of the AI used in the these new bots, they specify him as a threat, a liability, a glitch in the system. Why they go through so much effort and not just kill him the moment they see him is a mystery to me as well. *Why the robot that was inside the mech looks exactly the same as the other one but without the thruster and mini-guns is because i was too lazy to model another new robot to fill that role. I did add the reddish hue to his eyes so differentiating is a bit easier. Those kinds of robots serve as 'squad leaders' in their ranks. *Here is for some backstory: mrbreino.deviantart.com/art/The-War-That-Changed-Everything-646014244?ga_submit_new=10%253A1479233349 Please flag, ignore or downvote offensive/mean comments. We are here to have a good time, after all. All the audio and other representations belong to their respectfull owners. Thanks in advance. I solely own the animation, editing.
